As part of our commitment to developing our engineers, we provide ongoing manufacturer training and certification with leading HVAC manufacturers including Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries and Toshiba.

Essential Requirements
- F-Gas Category 1 Certification
- Minimum 3 years' experience within Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Eligible to work within the UK
The role
You are responsible for delivering effective diagnosis and repair of customer systems in planned or breakdown situations. You will be comfortable with both.
Our business provides out of hours cover on a rota basis which is paid accordingly.
Attributes
- A customer first mindset.
- Certification with other refrigerants and gases desirable.
- Educated to GCSE or equivalent.
- Capable of understanding / using technical documentation and resources.
- Experience with tablet and phone based service management / technical support apps.
- Ability to work on own initiative or as part of a team.
- Must hold a valid UK driving license
- Own hand tools.
- DBS: Current holder or able to pass clearance.
