APAC is a family run business operating in the floristry, party, wedding, horticultural and gift industries. We operate a central distribution centre and Head Office in Rothley, Leicester; as well as as number of wholesale cash and carries nationwide trading under the name of Whittingtons and Country Baskets Imports. We are a fast paced rapidly growing company and amongst the largest in our industry in the UK.
We are now looking for a full time sales administrator to join our small and friendly Sales Team on a permanent contract.
Duties will include:
- Supporting the Sales Reps and looking after a specific portfolio of customers
- Helping with organising far east shipments
- Liaising and support for our Wholesale Trade accounts
- Building relationships with our trade customers
- Entering and processing orders
- Keeping customers updated of their orders
- Answering general sales queries
- Answering the telephone and directing calls to the right person
- Liaising with the Warehouse Team
The ideal candidate should:
- Have experience in an inbound sales environment
- Have experience dealing with wholesale / trade customers
- Be proficient in using Microsoft Office
- Have excellent customer service skills
- Be able to prioritise a busy workload and manage own time
Hours are Monday to Thursday 9am - 5.30pm & Friday 9am - 5pm (37 hours per week)

Pay: £24,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
