What we are looking for -
Braddicks Leisure is looking for a proactive and skilled Maintenance crew member to join its team to help keep our holiday park running smoothly and looking its best.
This is a hands‑on role covering reactive repairs, planned maintenance and site presentation across accommodation, on site venue and grounds.
What you will be doing -
- Carrying out day‑to‑day repairs including plumbing, carpentry, decorating, basic electrical work and general maintenance.
- Completing planned preventative maintenance and identifying issues before they escalate.
- Maintaining caravans, lodges and facilities, including refurbishments and external structure repairs.
- Supporting grounds presentation through grass cutting, pressure washing, painting and seasonal projects.
- Completing Health & Safety checks including Legionella monitoring, fire safety inspections and compliance tasks.
- Responding quickly to maintenance requests to support guest experience and operational departments.
- Participating in weekend and emergency call‑out rotas.
What we’re looking for
- Practical maintenance experience across a range of trades.
- A positive, professional approach and strong customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good record‑keeping and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to support busy operational periods and out‑of‑hours emergencies.

Rate of Pay - Competitive (DOE) + On Call Rate

Experience:
- General Maintenance: 3 years (required)
Licence/Certification:
- Clean UK Driving Licence (required)
