Job Summary
Ground Masters Scotland is seeking both Lead Fencers and Trainee Fencers to join our growing team due to new contract awards. The role involves installing agricultural and commercial fencing across Scotland. This is a full-time, permanent position offering competitive rates of pay, training opportunities, and career progression for motivated individuals.
Duties and Responsiblities
· Install agricultural and commercial fencing to high standard
· Work as part of a team to complete projects on time
· Follow company health and safety procedures at all times
· Travel to various project locations across Scotland
· Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
· Maintain a tidy and safe working environment
Skills and Experience
Essential
· Reliable and Hardworking attitude
· Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
· Physically fit and capable of manual work
· Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
· Ability to work as part of a team
Desirable but not essential
· Previous fencing experience
· Experience in fencing, agriculture, construction or groundworks
· Full UK driving license
