Netball Coordinator
Essential hours -
Wednesdays - 6.15pm - 7.15pm
Thursdays - 6.15pm - 8.15pm
Sundays - 1.5 hours per week (timings would depend on matches)
£24,785 - £26,250 per annum (FTE salary based on 37.5 hours / week, all year round).
We are looking for a Netball Coordinator, who is passionate about netball to join our coaching team. Our ideal candidate will have played netball at club/university level and want to inspire the next generation of netballers. You should be able to identify areas for development and plan training sessions accordingly. Netball coaching qualification would be useful, but not a requirement.
The successful applicant will take ownership of Shine’s Netball Development Squad. This will involve organising league and friendly fixtures, increasing the number of participants, dealing with parents, developing and securing additional venues and growing netball to become a major sport within the coaching that Shine delivers.
The successful applicant will work as part of the sports coaching staff to plan, prepare and deliver netball sessions to primary school children. Ideally, this person would have a coaching role within the company (after school clubs/ holiday work, etc) so that we would be able to employ as close to full-time hours as possible (or close to that).
