Overview
We are the UK’s only manufacturer and stockist of spirals, liners, drive shafts & geared motor units for all makes of screw conveyors. We manufacture, maintain, refurbish and install both shafted and shaft-less screw conveyors to clients throughout the UK water industry including Wastewater, Municipal Waste, and Recycling companies amongst others.

Responsibilities
- Assist with the setup and organization of workshop tools, equipment, and materials to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Support technicians and engineers in routine tasks such as assembling, inspecting, and testing components.
- Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues.
- Participate in training sessions to develop technical knowledge related to machinery, tools, and safety procedures.
- Contribute to maintaining cleanliness and orderliness within the workshop area to promote efficiency.
- Take initiative in learning new skills and asking questions to deepen your understanding of workshop operations.
Qualifications
- Strong interest in technical work, manufacturing, or engineering fields
- Ability to follow instructions carefully and learn new skills quickly
- Good communication skills and a proactive attitude
- Basic understanding of workshop safety procedures and equipment use (preferred but not required)
- Willingness to work hands-on in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
HOURS
Full Time (Permanent) - 40 hours week. Salary negotiable.
Monday to Friday 7.00am to 4:00pm -
Though flexibility is required, it is expected that candidates will be willing to work overtime as and when the situation dictates.
