- Develop and implement personalized care plans based on individual needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate leadership by setting a positive example for junior staff members and fostering a collaborative team spirit.
- Utilize IT systems efficiently to maintain accurate resident records and documentation.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of care provided at the facility.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a care home setting is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to supervise and motivate a team effectively.
- Strong communication skills with the capability to interact compassionately with residents and their families.
