Teaching Tomorrow is looking for confident, enthusiastic and reliable Cover Supervisors to work across a variety of welcoming primary schools throughout Bedfordshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced Cover Supervisors, Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs), aspiring teachers, or education professionals looking for flexible work within local schools.
As a Cover Supervisor, you will play an important role in ensuring continuity of learning during teacher absences. You'll deliver pre-planned lessons, maintain a positive and productive classroom environment, and support pupils in achieving their learning objectives across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise whole classes during the short-term absence of the class teacher.
Deliver pre-planned lessons and learning activities across a range of primary year groups.
Maintain a positive, engaging and inclusive classroom environment.
Manage classroom behaviour in line with each school's behaviour policy.
Support pupils with their learning, encouraging participation and independence.
Provide feedback to teaching staff on pupil engagement and lesson outcomes.
Adapt confidently to different schools, classrooms and age groups.
Uphold safeguarding procedures and promote the wellbeing of all pupils.
Requirements:
Previous experience working in a UK primary school or educational setting.
Experience managing groups of children is desirable.
Strong communication and classroom management skills.
A flexible, organised and proactive approach.
Confidence working independently and adapting to different school environments.
A genuine passion for supporting children's education and development.
An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
Right to work in the UK.
