Multi-Trader (Reactive Property Maintenance) – PAYE£40,000–£47,500 per annumSouth West, West & North West London
DCL Online Ltd is a growing property maintenance company based in Wimbledon, providing reactive and planned maintenance services to estate agents, property managers, landlords and private residential clients across London.
Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Multi-Trader to join our team on a full-time PAYE basis.
This is a mobile role covering South West, West and North West London.
Essential Requirements
✔ Minimum 5 years' property maintenance experience
✔ Own vehicle suitable for daily travel between jobs (essential)
✔ Own core tools (essential)
✔ Full UK driving licence
✔ Right to work in the UK
✔ Good spoken and written English
✔ Comfortable using WhatsApp and sending photographs/reports to the office
✔ Able to work independently without constant supervision
Typical Works
You should be confident carrying out:
- Plumbing repairs and fault finding
- Carpentry repairs and door adjustments
- Lock changes and repairs
- Tiling repairs
- Decorating and making good
- Silicone and mastic works
- Basic electrical accessories
- General handyman repairs
- Reactive maintenance within occupied residential properties
