Senior Information and Feedback Officer (Housing)

£48,226 pa
You will support delivery of the housing complaints process. This includes managing statutory and corporate complaints relating to housing services. You will also be responsible for developing training programmes, analysing and implementing learning outcomes, reviewing and updating internal policy, procedures and guidance, maintaining appropriate complaint and feedback systems and working with colleagues to implement and improve external content.
