We are recruiting an experienced Sous Chef for a highly regarded independent village pub and restaurant near Harpley, Norfolk.

The Role
- Support the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen
- Deliver consistently high standards across all services
- Assist with menu development and seasonal specials
- Manage stock, ordering and food safety procedures
- Lead the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence
- Help train and develop junior members of the brigade
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous Sous Chef experience within a quality fresh-food environment
- Passion for seasonal cooking and local ingredients
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Calm under pressure and service-focused
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Must have their own transport or reliable means of travelling to the venue
