Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidates will possess a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. As a member of our bar staff, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our customers.
Applicants must be over 18 due to serving alcohol.
Due to late shifts own car would be preferred unless lived locally.
Shifts will mostly be at weekends in the evenings and only when functions/parties booked so shifts can vary to every weekend or only once a month
Responsibilities
- To serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including equipment and utensils.
- Engage with customers, taking orders efficiently and providing recommendations based on their preferences.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, utilising basic math skills for processing payments.
- Demonstrate excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively during peak hours.
Experience
- Previous experience in a bar setting is essential.
- A solid understanding of hospitality principles and customer service excellence is highly valued.

Pay: £12.80 per hour
