Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Production team member to join our dynamic team in Rustington, West Sussex. It is a great opportunity for someone whether starting fresh or looking to change careers, full training will be provided and you will learn all aspects of cable assembly in line with IPC 620 standards with focus on quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities
- Produce cable assemblies, meeting or exceeding IPC 620 Class 2.
- Cutting and wire preparation
- Crimping (Hand and Automated)
- Soldering (Hand and Tinning Bath)
- Housing into connectors
- Labelling
- Apply Heat shrink
- Lacing or Binding
- Potting
- Setting up and use of automated machinery as applicable
- Use, control and handling of all hand tools.
- Continuous review of own work to ensure highest standards before completion into QA.
- Ensuring correct batches are always used and batch and job is identifiable throughout the working process.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Assisting in opportunities for improvement.
- Reporting any potential problems, process or material issues as they arise to the production management team.
- Follow latest issues of all production processes.
Pay: From £12.71 per hour
