We are seeking a dedicated Membership Sales and club support to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to members and a great joining experience for prospects, This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop skills in sales and customer relations, contributing to the Clubs reputation for outstanding Member care.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email, and chat channels.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Utilise Clubwise (club software) to record interactions and update customer details. assist customers with account management, billing issues, and service requests.
- engage in all sales activities, ie out-reach - leafleting, call drives.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling relevant products or services.
- Work within the team to resolve issues efficiently and effectively and support the efforts to maintaine club cleansliness.
Requirements
- 20 hours per week - shifts will be from range from 5pm to 10pm (to be agreed) and will include Sat & Sun shifts 2pm to 8pm
- Due to the shift times candidates will need to live close, preferably within walking distance to the club (Putney Exchange shopping centre)
- Experience in Sales and customer service roles, preferably within fitness or hospitality.
- Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work well under pressure whilst maintaining a positive attitude.
