About the Role
We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic, and reliable Waiters/Waitresses to join our team. You will provide excellent customer service, take food and drink orders, serve meals, and help create a welcoming dining experience for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat customers
- Take food and drink orders accurately
- Serve food and beverages promptly
- Ensure tables are clean and well-presented
- Handle customer enquiries professionally
- Process payments using the till/POS system
- Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams
- Follow food hygiene and health & safety standards
Requirements
- Previous hospitality experience is preferred but not essential
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude and team player
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Right to work in the UK
