Approved Electrician – Nationwide Construction Projects
Location: Sites across the UK (travel required)
Rate: £35–£40 per hour (CIS)

Travel Requirements: Nationwide travel and working away from home as required

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Approved Electrician to join our growing team, working on a range of high-quality commercial, new build and refurbishment projects across the UK.

Key Responsibilities
· 1st & 2nd fix electrical installations
· Installation of containment systems including tray, basket, conduit and trunking
· Cable installation and termination
· Distribution board installations and upgrades
· Power, lighting and emergency lighting installations
· Testing, inspection and fault finding
· Experience carrying out testing, inspection and certification
· Working from drawings and specifications
· Ensuring all works are completed safely and in accordance with current regulations
What You'll NeedQualifications & Experience
· NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
· ECS / JIB Gold Card
· 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification
· Testing & Inspection qualification (2391, 2394/2395 or equivalent)
· Proven experience within commercial construction environments
· Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

· Strong understanding of health & safety procedures and site protocols
· Professionalism, attention to detail and pride in your work
· Ability to work well under pressure, both independently and as part of a team
· Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
· Full UK driving licence
· Reliable and punctual, with references available on request
