We’re looking for energetic, reliable, and friendly individuals to join our bar team at The Mesmerist in the heart of Brighton. Known for our vibrant atmosphere, live music, and unforgettable nights, The Mesmerist is one of the city’s most exciting venues—and we want you to be part of it. Must be able to work Friday/Saturday nights !
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Serving drinks quickly and efficiently in a high-energy environment
- Quick thinking whilst delivering efficient food service
- Creating a welcoming and fun experience for all guests
- Handling cash and card transactions accurately
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation behind the bar
- Working as part of a close-knit, supportive team
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous bar or hospitality experience preferred (but not essential)
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Confidence in a fast-paced environment
- Great communication and customer service skills
