Duties
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery safely and effectively to complete construction and repair tasks
- Perform welding and masonry work with precision to meet project specifications
- Assist with roofing installations and repairs, ensuring durability and safety standards are met
- Conduct heavy lifting of materials and equipment to support various project needs
- Use carpentry skills to frame structures, install fixtures, or perform finish work
- Drive commercial vehicles as needed for material transport or project site access
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols at all times
Skills
- Proficiency in welding techniques and the use of hand tools and power tools
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot basic issues on-site
- Experience in carpentry, roofing, masonry, or related trades is highly desirable
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in demanding environments
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) or experience in commercial driving preferred
- Excellent understanding of safety procedures and ability to follow detailed instructions
- Physical stamina and agility necessary for outdoor work in various weather conditions
