We are currently recruiting for 3 FLT Drivers to join our client’s busy warehouse operation in Bristol.

The Role
We are looking for experienced Reach and Counterbalance FLT Drivers to join a busy warehouse team.
The role will involve a combination of FLT driving and general warehouse duties. During the first 2 weeks, you will be required to carry out picking and packing duties before moving onto the FLT.
This is because there is currently no FLT assessor available on site. Once the assessment has been completed, you will move into the FLT driving role.
The role may also involve using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) and other warehouse IT systems. Previous WMS experience and good IT skills would be an advantage, but this is not essential as training can be provided.
Shifts Available
Shift 1:
Monday to Friday
06:00 – 14:30
Shift 2:
Monday to Thursday: 10:15 – 18:15
Friday: 11:00 – 18:15
Requirements
- Valid and in-date Reach or Counterbalance FLT certificate/licence
- Previous experience operating a Reach or Counterbalance FLT
- Previous experience working in a warehouse environment
- Comfortable carrying out picking and packing duties
- Good understanding of warehouse health and safety procedures
- Basic IT skills would be an advantage
- Previous WMS experience is desirable but not essential
- Willingness to learn and complete any required training
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Able to work well independently and as part of a team
- Available to start immediately
