· Monday – Thursday: 0800 - 1700
· Friday: 0800 - 1230 (early finish)
Salary / Hourly Rate: £25,000 - £26,000
Job Description
We are looking for an Accounts Administrator to join our growing manufacturing team in Sheffield. This role will support the European Finance team and be responsible for accounts production for the UK and Switzerland.
Key Duties:
- Support the European Finance Team responsible for accounts production for UK & Switzerland, specifically:
o Accounts payable processing
o Accounts receivable customer cash collection
o Providing accounting and administration assistance to the Finance department
- Processing supplier invoices
- Processing supplier payments
- Expense and credit card reconciliations
- Managing customer cash collections
- Verifying customer orders and invoicing for internal audit
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Monthly Payroll
What We’re Looking For
Essential
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Good attention to detail and ability to deliver on time close of all tasks
- Comfortable using basic computer systems (MS Office and finance systems)
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
Desirable
- Ability to speak German (not essential)
- Previous payroll experience
