To provide direct personal care in accordance with policies and procedures .
The Care worker is expected to demonstrate kindness and Compassion when providing care to our service users and ensure that the service user is supported at all times in a safe environment .
Will support and enable personalised individual care to our residents in a safe environment .
Assist with nutritional needs .
Monitor conditions and report any changes and concerns .
Will be expected to carry out light cleaning and domestic duties , including meal preparation, drink preparation and ensuring the home is clean and tidy.
Applicants will be expected to attend regular statuary training and other training as directed by the management of the home.
Applicants should understand and follow all policies and procedures at the home.
.Welsh speaking candidates preferred .
DBS AND 2 REFERENCES WILL BE REQUIRED BEFORE COMMENCING WORK
