Job Overview
A Workday Product Manager is responsible for defining, managing, and optimizing Workday applications (HCM, Finance, Payroll, Recruiting, etc.) to meet business needs.
This role acts as a bridge between business stakeholders, HR/Finance teams, IT, and vendors, ensuring the Workday platform delivers maximum value.
- Strong understanding of Workday modules (HCM, Recruiting, Payroll, Finance, etc.)
- Experience in product management or HRIS/ERP ownership
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Business process design and optimization experience
- Workday reporting (Advanced, Prism Analytics)
- Integrations (EIB, Workday Studio, APIs)
- Data analytics and visualization tools
