We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager who can deliver strong leadership whilst encouraging the team to execute excellent coffee, food and customer service. You should be passionate about encouraging the team to deliver service which encapsulates our Heart and Home values, be reliable with communication when it comes to stock, the team, service, customers and the overall performance of the cafés. Teamwork is key, as this helps the Clubhouse Managers create a positive working environment and facilitates training. You will need to be knowledgeable about the systems, processes and SOPs used within the Clubhouses, ensuring these are implemented correctly, whilst supporting the successful development and growth of both the team and the cafés.
This role is ideal for someone looking to take the next step in their hospitality journey. Cadence is a growing business, and there will be opportunities for future growth for the right candidate.
