Your Responsibilities
As an Event Services Assistant, you'll:
- Support the setup, coordination, and successful delivery of live events and promotional activities.
- Assist with venue preparation, event logistics, equipment setup, and operational planning.
- Welcome guests, attendees, and clients while providing a professional and friendly experience.
- Help coordinate event schedules and ensure activities run smoothly throughout the day.
- Provide information about products, services, promotions, and event activities.
- Monitor event areas to ensure presentation, cleanliness, and safety standards are maintained.
- Work closely with colleagues, suppliers, and event coordinators to achieve campaign objectives.
- Resolve routine customer enquiries and support on-site event operations.
- Represent the company and its clients professionally at all times.
- Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development programmes.
