Senior Administrator
Salary: £30,000 per annum (yearly attendance bonus), company pension.
Hours: 8.30am – 5.00pm, Monday to Friday (Flexibility may be required to meet the operational needs of the business.)
Annual Leave: 28 days holidays per annum, plus one additional day per year of service – up to 33 days.
Location: Yarnfield, Stone, with free on site parking.

The Role
We are seeking a confident, organised, and driven Senior Administrator to support the Executive Assistant to the Managing Director in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office team.
This varied role will involve supporting aspects of compliance, project management, HR, recruitment, and office administration to ensure the business operates efficiently and continues to deliver exceptional customer service across the group.
The successful candidate will develop an in-depth understanding of each company within the group, enabling them to support different departments as required, understand operational challenges, and assist in identifying effective solutions.
The role may also include involvement in projects that further the group’s wider business interests, including providing direct support to the Managing Director where required.
As the needs of the business evolve, the nature of the tasks and responsibilities within this role may also change.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Answering telephone calls in a polite, professional, and efficient manner, including screening calls where appropriate.
- Managing incoming emails
- Writing and submitting of quotations using CRM system
- Booking in and quality-checking site visits.
- Actively reviewing and improving administrative processes to enhance efficiency and ensure compliance.
- Ensuring internal processes are followed and quality standards maintained across the office team.
- Supporting recruitment activities, including assisting with interviews and onboarding processes.
- Supporting Health & Safety and wider compliance requirements.
- Assisting with ad hoc projects across various areas of the group.
- Completing tasks delegated by the Executive Assistant to the Managing Director in a timely and professional manner.
- Liaising confidently and professionally with employees, suppliers, and clients.
- Supporting the wider office team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations including covering for other team members duties for holidays and sickness.
