Own Vehicle & Own Tools Essential
Location: South West, West & North West London
DCL Online Ltd is a growing property maintenance company based in Wimbledon, providing reactive and planned maintenance services to estate agents, managing agents, landlords and private residential clients across London.
Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Multi-Trader to join our team on a full-time PAYE basis.
This is a mobile role covering South West, West and North West London, attending a variety of occupied and vacant residential properties.
What You'll Be Doing
- Carrying out reactive property maintenance works.
- Diagnosing faults and recommending repairs.
- Completing multiple jobs per day to a high standard.
- Providing clear job notes and photographs back to our office.
- Delivering excellent customer service whilst working in tenants' homes.
You Must Be Confident In
- Carpentry repairs
- Plumbing repairs and fault finding
- Lock changes and door adjustments
- Tiling repairs
- Decorating and making good
- Silicone and mastic works
- General handyman and maintenance tasks
- Basic electrical accessory replacement (where competent)
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience in property maintenance or reactive maintenance.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Own vehicle suitable for daily travel between jobs (essential).
- Own core tools (essential).
- Right to work in the UK.
- Good spoken and written English.
- Confident using WhatsApp to send photographs and job updates.
- Reliable, organised and able to work independently.
Salary & Benefits
- £40,000 per annum during probation (Dependant on experience).
- Increase to £45,000, subject to successful performance reviews.
