Duties
- Assist the Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing daily operational activities.
- Support staff in delivering exceptional service and maintaining organisational standards.
- Supervise team members, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Organise and facilitate training sessions, including teaching new procedures or skills to staff.
- Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations across all departments.
- Contribute to the development of organisational policies and procedures.
- Handle customer enquiries or complaints efficiently to ensure client satisfaction.
- Assist in organising schedules, meetings, and other organisational events.
- Support recruitment processes by participating in interviews and onboarding new staff members.
