Cover Supervisor – Conwy

The Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
- Deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of the classroom teacher.
- Supervise pupils and ensure they remain engaged with their learning.
- Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
- Support students in completing set work and learning activities.
- Maintain a positive and productive learning environment.
- Provide feedback to teaching staff on lesson progress and pupil engagement.
What We're Looking For
- Experience working with children or young people is desirable.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Confidence leading groups of pupils independently.
- A positive, professional, and adaptable attitude.
- The ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
