About Doggolingo
Doggolingo is a small, independent, female-led dog care service based in Pimlico and Victoria, London.
We're known for our calm, structured, and thoughtful approach to dog care, where every walk is balanced, relaxed, and enjoyable. We focus on building genuine, trusting relationships with both our dogs and their humans, ensuring every pup feels safe, understood, and well cared for.
As we're planning to relocate towards Battersea, we're looking for a kind, reliable and enthusiastic person to support our group walks for our lovely existing clients in Pimlico and Victoria.
Role Overview
We're looking for someone local that is dependable, calm, and genuinely passionate about dogs to join us as a Dog Walker. Please only apply if you can get to the Victoria / Pimlico (ex. SW1V4LU) area by foot or bike within 20 min. This role will start off with only 2 hours a day, longer commutes are not sustainable in the long run.
You'll be collecting a small group of dogs (maximum of four small- to medium-sized dogs) from clients' homes in Pimlico and Victoria, walking them to Battersea Park, and leading safe, engaging, and well-structured (off lead) group walks.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being outdoors, understands dogs (or is eager to learn), and values a calm, mindful approach to working with them.
Please understand that off lead dog walking requires someone who is highly alert and can multi task.
Excellent client communication skills are essential, including the ability to build trust and reassure owners that their dogs are receiving safe, professional, and attentive care.
We're a growing business, so while the role starts part-time, there is genuine potential for it to develop into a larger role for the right person.
Hours are flexible, with core working days Monday to Thursday, typically between 10AM and 1PM. Initially, the role will involve approximately 6–10 hours per week, with opportunities for additional hours as the business grows, including occasional weekend work.
There may also be opportunities, when required, to board a dog in your own home or stay in a client's home for pet care.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading calm, structured, and enjoyable group walks in Battersea Park
- Collecting dogs from clients' homes in Pimlico and Victoria and walking them to the park
- Ensuring each dog feels safe, relaxed, and included

What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who brings a caring, responsible, and reliable attitude and genuinely cares about the wellbeing of the dogs in their care. Integrity, professionalism and energy are the key qualities we look for in our team environment.
You should have:
- Good spoken and written English
- Confidence using a smartphone for communication and updates
- The right to work in the UK
- The ability to commit to the role for at least six months
A DBS check is required, and you'll need to be happy to complete Dog First Aid training and any other relevant training, which we will cover. Also a dog walking license will be applied and paid for by us.
Previous experience with dogs or animal care is a bonus but not essential. A background in customer service is important, as you'll be interacting regularly with our clients and representing the business.
A full UK driving licence and access to a car are advantageous but not essential at this stage. They may become helpful as the business continues to grow.
