Full time experienced team member. Must have at least one years experience in both bar and floor work. A range of hours including days, nights and weekends.
Bar Responsibilities:
- Preparing and Serving Drinks:This involves crafting a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences.
- Cash Handling and Transactions:Accurately processing payments, handling cash and card transactions, and potentially operating a till.
- Maintaining the Bar Area:Keeping the bar clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Providing Recommendations:Offering suggestions and advice on drinks and potentially food items to customers.
- Ensuring Legal Compliance:Verifying customers' ages and adhering to all relevant licensing and safety regulations.
Floor Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greeting customers, taking orders, and ensuring their overall satisfaction.
- Serving Food and Drinks: Delivering food and beverages to customers at their tables.
- Maintaining Cleanliness: Clearing tables, wiping surfaces, and ensuring the dining area is tidy.
- Providing a Welcoming Atmosphere: Creating a positive and enjoyable experience for all patrons.
- Assisting with Stocking and Replenishing: Helping to maintain inventory levels of both food and drink items.
- Addressing Customer Issues: Responding to customer inquiries and resolving any problems or complaints.
Pay: £10.85-£12.71 per hour
