Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Electrician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems within various industrial, commercial and domestic projects within West and Central Scotland.
Duties
- Install, inspect, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment in residential, commercial, or industrial settings.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications to ensure accurate installation and maintenance.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate tools and techniques to identify faults efficiently.
- Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
- Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and repairs carried out.
- Work independently and able to collaborate with other tradespeople and project managers to complete tasks on schedule.
- Adhere strictly to health and safety protocols during all operations to prevent accidents or hazards.
Skills
- Current SJIB/JIB ECS grading
- C&G 2391 qualification desirable.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools and testing equipment.
- Strong electrical experience with a thorough understanding of current wiring regulations and safety standards.
- Ability to read technical diagrams and schematics accurately.
- Excellent problem-solving skills coupled with attention to detail.
- Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with team members and clients professionally.

- £38,500.00 - £48,000.00 per annum dependent on experience

Other Information:
Weekly work duration – 39 hours per week
Monday – Thursday – 8am-4.30pm
Friday – 8am-3.30pm
