The Role
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking individual to support various stages of our production process. You’ll work across several departments, including:
· Wax room
· Shelling
· Foundry
· Firing
· Inspection
This is an excellent entry-level role for someone who wants to learn practical skills, work with their hands and grow within the manufacturing industry.
Who We’re Looking For
No previous experience is needed just a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
You should be:
· Comfortable working in a factory environment
· A team player with good attention to detail
· Reliable and eager to develop new skills
Desirable (not essential):
· Experience in a foundry or metal casting environment
