We are looking for a passionate, focused, and experienced Operational Network / Area Manager to join our team, delivering exceptional Residential & Supported Living Services across the Lancashire area (based in Preston).

The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the Operations Directors, you will provide strong, values-led leadership across your teams. You will take overall responsibility for day-to-day service delivery and drive strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee single-site residential support locations, providing inspiring guidance to team managers and support staff.
- Maintain CQC compliance, embed strong governance, and ensure all clinical, operational, and budgetary targets are met.
- Lead meaningful change management initiatives that align with our core values and elevate support standards.
- Build meaningful relationships with people supported, their families, and staff teams while coordinating referrals and void management.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience managing team managers and support staff within Residential and Supported Living settings.
- Prior experience as a Registered Manager with a strong grasp of CQC guidelines and regulations.
- A track record of driving successful change management and embedding values within a team.
- A Degree-level qualification (or equivalent) in a relevant field. Qualified Nurses (RMN or RNLD) are highly welcome!
- Full UK Driving Licence, right to work in the UK, and at least 1+ years of leadership experience.
Pay: £46,149.00-£50,737.00 per year
