Duties
- Greet guests warmly and guide them through the dining experience with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Take accurate orders, communicate effectively with kitchen staff, and ensure timely service
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area, including tables, counters, and service stations
- Manage guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure overall guest satisfaction
- Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining a friendly demeanor
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper serving techniques is advantageous
- Familiarity with basic math skills for handling transactions and managing orders efficiently
- Experience in food preparation or kitchen operations is a plus, demonstrating versatility in culinary environments
- Strong time management skills to handle busy service periods smoothly
