Band 7 - £31,022 to £33,699 per annum (pay award pending)
Full time 37hrs per week, 2 year fixed term
Based at the Guildhall, Gainsborough
A unique opportunity has arisen to work within the Councils Housing and Environmental Enforcement team, the role will be responsible for acting as a key tenant liaison officer, primarily supporting housing enforcement activity through direct engagement with tenants and the gathering of evidence to inform investigations and formal action.
The role will support the service in implementing and operating new requirements arising from the Renters’ Rights Act, ensuring tenants are appropriately engaged and that evidence is gathered and managed effectively to support lawful, proportionate and robust enforcement action.
This person will need to be proactive, have a person-centred approach and a strong focus on early intervention. They will be a great team player and be able to undertake training where required.
Experience is ideally required but a willingness to develop and strong interest in the work area is essential and both internal and external training will be provided.
