We are seeking a dedicated Supervisor to manage the night shift in the embroidery department and tasks associated with production. Required to maintain an effective and efficient department to ensure customers receive the highest possible standard. Working closely with artwork, sales and production.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily manufacturing activities to ensure production targets are met efficiently.
- Coordinate with supply chain teams to manage inventory levels and raw materials.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturing processes.
- Ensure compliance with quality control standards and safety regulations.
- Lead and motivate production staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.
- Oversee maintenance of machinery and mechanical systems to minimize downtime.
- Utilize ERP systems such as SAP to monitor production metrics and report on performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall process efficiency.
Experience
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within manufacturing or production
- Ability to work autonomously or as a team and work proactively
- Good personal organisation skills
- Confident communicating and building relationships with customers/ stakeholders
