We are seeking an inspiring and commercially driven Assistant Store Manager who will support the Store Manager in delivering exceptional luxury retail experiences, leading high-performing teams, and driving commercial success while upholding the prestige and heritage of the Arabian Oud brand.
Leadership & Team Development
- Support the Store Manager in leading daily store operations and delivering operational excellence.
- Inspire, coach, and develop the team to achieve individual and store performance objectives.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performing culture that reflects Arabian Oud's luxury service standards.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing development of store colleagues.
Sales & Client Experience
- Deliver exceptional luxury customer experiences through personalised fragrance consultations.
- Drive commercial performance through client engagement, product storytelling, and cross-selling strategies.
- Build lasting customer relationships that encourage loyalty and repeat business.
- Resolve customer enquiries professionally while maintaining the highest standards of service.
Visual Merchandising
- Maintain exceptional visual merchandising standards that reflect the Arabian Oud brand.
- Support seasonal launches, promotional campaigns, and fragrance activations.
- Ensure the boutique consistently presents an elegant and luxurious environment.
Operations
- Support opening and closing procedures, cash management, and operational controls.
- Oversee stock replenishment, inventory accuracy, and back-of-house organisation.
- Monitor store performance and key retail KPIs.
- Maintain operational excellence across all areas of the business.
Brand Leadership
- Champion Arabian Oud's heritage, craftsmanship, and luxury retail philosophy.
- Maintain expert knowledge of fragrance collections, ingredients, and industry trends.
- Represent the brand with professionalism, confidence, and impeccable presentation.
- Support client events, private appointments, and exclusive in-store experiences.
Compliance & Standards
- Uphold company policies, privacy standards, and health & safety procedures.
- Ensure pricing, promotions, and merchandising remain aligned with company standards.
- Protect company assets through effective operational controls and leadership.
Key Qualifications
- Must have previous supervisory or management experience within luxury retail, beauty, fragrance, or premium fashion.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate high-performing teams.
- Strong commercial awareness with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Exceptional communication and customer relationship skills.
- Professional appearance with a flexible approach to working hours.
Pay: £29,120.00 per year
