Overview
We are seeking to add to our books skilled Multi Trade Operatives to join our dynamic team. Our client has secured social housing contract in Thurrock and we are looking for contactors with experience in social housing reactive maintenance, void works and planned works.
This role involves carrying out a variety of maintenance, repair, and installation tasks across multiple trades to ensure the smooth operation of facilities and equipment.

Skills
- Demonstrated experience in general maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, for clear communication within teams and with clients.
- Customer service skills with a professional approach to client interactions.
- Organised with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
