We are looking for a skilled and driven Workshop/Service Controller to lead and manage the day-to-day operations of our workshop. This role requires a keen problem solver with strong sales skills who can balance the needs of our customers, technicians, and business to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate the daily activities of the workshop, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
- Manage customer bookings and job scheduling to optimise workflow and meet customer expectations.
- Identify opportunities to upsell services, parts, and repairs, always ensuring the best value for customers.
- Work closely with technicians to solve problems and provide solutions for complex repairs or technical issues.
- Liaise with customers, explaining work required, providing accurate estimates, and ensuring they feel informed and confident in their service.
- Monitor workshop performance and implement improvements to meet and exceed KPIs.
- Ensure parts and resources are available to minimise delays and maximise productivity.
- Maintain accurate records of jobs, parts, and costs using our management systems.
- Maintain and grow supplier relations to continue to strive to a right part first time success rate.
