The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through prospecting, telephone outreach, and valuations
- Conduct viewings, handle negotiations, and manage sales progression
- Lead and support the office team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Maintain exceptional levels of customer experience throughout
- Ensure compliance with regulations and internal processes
The Ideal Candidate
- Experienced estate agent with a strong background in residential sales (3–5+ years preferred)
- Confident managing both clients and a small team
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Professional, personable, and detail-oriented
- Able to work autonomously and take initiative
- Proficient with estate agency software and systems
