Job Title: Excavation Drainage Engineer.
Location: London, UK.
Salary: £39,000 to £45,000 per year. (dependent on experience)
Core Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm.

Lining and Patch repair engineers are essential to the business, and we are looking to bring onboard the very best to maintain a high reputation within the industry. Applicants must be experienced within patch and lining repairs preferably for drainage companies, based in and around London and southeast regions. We are looking for people with a “can-do-attitude” and people who can communicate and wok effectively in a team and individually.
The Role Responsibilities:
- Operate excavators, up to 10 tonnes.
- Carry out groundworks, minor drainage-related repairs, reinstatements, pipework renewals and patch lining repairs.
- Complete excavation and structural repair work on underground drainage systems, in both commercial and domestic drainage systems.
- Replace pipework and carry out work required to specification.
- Apply all rules and regulations for street works, highways, legislation and CDM.
- Removal of any materials using correct machinery or hand dig excavations.
Essential/Desired Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience, as an excavation drainage engineer.
- Full and Valid UK Driving Licence, any points should be declared before a licence check.
- Skilled in necessary equipment, such as using HPWJ & EMC.
- Qualifications such as CSCS, Confined Space training, CAT and Genny, or Streetworks accreditation would be advantageous.
- In depth knowledge of drainage systems, knowing how to trace out pipe work. Capable of the use of all drainage equipment.
- Demonstrating the right attitudes, showing passion for the job.
- Show a keen eye for detail, and an ability to problem solve.
