Key Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate new private equity investment opportunities across target sectors
- Conduct detailed financial analysis, valuation modelling, and investment due diligence
- Build and review financial models, forecasts, and investment presentations
- Support deal sourcing, transaction execution, and negotiation processes
- Analyse market trends, industry dynamics, and competitive landscapes
- Prepare investment committee materials and recommendations
- Monitor portfolio company performance and provide strategic insights
- Collaborate with internal teams, advisors, and external stakeholders
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in private equity, investment banking, corporate finance, or related investment roles
- Strong understanding of private equity transactions, M&A, and valuation methodologies
- Advanced financial modelling and analytical skills
- Experience conducting due diligence and investment analysis
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with private equity funds, investment firms, or institutional investors
- Knowledge of deal structuring and portfolio management
- Strong proficiency with financial analysis tools and Microsoft Excel
- Professional qualifications such as CFA, ACA, ACCA, or MBA are advantageous
