Summary
We are seeking a caring and reliable Care Assistant (Nights) to join our team at G & P Healthcare Ltd in Bedlington and Ashington. This vital role involves providing high-quality home care services to our clients during night shifts, supporting their well-being and while aligning with our company's values of compassion and excellence.
Hours
12 hour night shifts 8pm til 8am. There maybe an occasional sleep night shift. We can offer 3 or 4 per week (your preference) All on permanent full time contracts.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care and support to clients during night hours.
- Follow care plans accurately to meet individual needs.
- Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all clients.
- Document care activities accurately and promptly.
- Support clients in maintaining their independence and dignity.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in home care or care home settings.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Valid driving license is required
- Ability to follow detailed care plans.
- Compassionate attitude with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Basic IT skills for documentation purposes.
- Flexibility to work night shifts.
