What you'll do
As a Kitchen Porter, you'll be an essential part of our kitchen operation, helping us deliver excellent food, great customer experiences, and high standards every day.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Washing and maintaining kitchen equipment, crockery and utensils
- Keeping the kitchen and back-of-house areas clean, safe and organised
- Supporting chefs during busy service periods
- Assisting with deliveries and stock storage
- Following food safety and hygiene procedures
- Supporting recycling and waste reduction initiatives
- Helping maintain the high standards our guests expect
This role is vital to the smooth running of our kitchen and plays an important part in our commitment to sustainability and welcoming hospitality.

Previous kitchen or hospitality experience is helpful but not essential as full training will be provided.

Working Pattern
Applicants must be available to work a mixture of:
- Evenings
- Weekends
- Bank Holidays (on a rota basis)
