The Role
We are working with a variety of welcoming primary and secondary schools across Manchester that are looking for enthusiastic Level 2 Teaching Assistants to support pupils in the classroom.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Supporting teachers with the delivery of engaging lessons.
- Providing one-to-one and small group interventions.
- Assisting pupils with their academic, social, and emotional development.
- Supporting children with additional learning needs (where required).
- Helping to create a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment.
- Encouraging student engagement and promoting positive behaviour.
What We're Looking For
- Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
- Previous experience working in a school or educational setting.
- A positive, patient, and proactive approach.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
