Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, beverages, and light snacks with precision and flair
- Take orders accurately, ensuring timely delivery of drinks and food to guests
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety standards
- Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently through effective time management
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age and promote responsible serving
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy hours
Skills
- Strong knowledge of cocktails and hospitality principles and excellent customer service skills
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and proper handling of beverages and snacks
- Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, billing, and measuring ingredients
- Experience working in restaurants or bars is highly preferred
- Effective time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities seamlessly
- Excellent serving skills combined with a personable attitude towards guests
- Knowledge of <PERSON> (or similar) standards for responsible alcohol service is a plus
