About the Role
MX Wade UK is seeking an Industrial Automation Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve automated production systems. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically skilled professional interested in industrial technology and automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, inspect, and maintain automated machinery and control systems.
- Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and automation faults.
- Support PLC and industrial control systems.
- Perform preventative maintenance.
- Monitor equipment performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Maintain technical documentation and service records.
- Follow operational and workplace safety procedures.
Qualifications
- Technical qualification in Automation, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Experience with industrial automation systems preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with PLCs and industrial control equipment.
- Strong safety awareness and attention to detail.
