If so, we are supporting a client in the BTR sector to find a Resident Manager for their impressive site in the Maidenhead area.
The role is to work closely with the on site leadership team and we are looking for experience around the following skill areas:
- Team coordination
- Driving Performance & Occupancy
- Overseeing Day-To-Day Operations
- Resident Experience & Community Building
- Compliance, Risk & Standard
- Property Management
- Leasing activities - conducting viewings
