Manage the delivery of residential projects

Preparation of engineering drawings and specifications

Liaise with clients and contractors

Supervise and mentor less experienced Technicians

5+ years experience gained with a UK consultancy
-
Drawing & detailing in AutoCAD
-
Working knowledge of CADS RC is a bonus

Liaison with clients, contractors and other consultants
-
Able to work independently or as part of a team

Good communication skills both verbally and written

£40,000 - £50,000 base salary
