Ad-Hoc Work Available – Immediate Starts
Are you an experienced HGV Class 1 Driver looking to earn extra money around your existing commitments? We are currently recruiting drivers for ad-hoc work at our busy chilled distribution site in Amesbury, Wiltshire.
This role involves a mixture of refrigerated multi-drop deliveries and trunking work, offering flexible shifts and competitive rates of pay.

Days
- Monday – Friday: £17.30 per hour
- Overtime after 47.5 hours: £19.46 per hour
- Saturday: £19.46 per hour
- Sunday & Bank Holidays: £25.95 per hour
Nights
- Monday – Friday: £19.77 per hour
- Overtime after 47.5 hours: £21.92 per hour
- Saturday: £21.92 per hour
- Sunday & Bank Holidays: £28.41 per hour
Only 30 minutes break deducted per shift
✔ Minimum 6 months' HGV Class 1 driving experience
✔ Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
✔ No more than 6 points on your licence
✔ Reliable, organised, and professional attitude
✔ Willingness to work weekends
✔ Strong commitment to safety and customer service
- Refrigerated store deliveries and trunking work
- Vehicle checks and defect reporting
- Compliance with Drivers' Hours, WTD and EU Regulations
- Vehicle preparation and refuelling
- Ensuring deliveries are completed safely, on time, and in full
- Maintaining excellent customer service standards
